I have spent my career as an Operational Systems Manager for two multinational corporations, sitting between the business and the software it depends on. That means I have seen what actually breaks: not the code, but the gap between what a system was bought to do and what people need it to do.
Most of my work has been SaaS integration and API engineering, wiring separately-bought platforms into something that behaves like one system, and fixing the data underneath them when it stops telling the truth.
