Segment data remediation across a 28-property hospitality portfolio.
Hundreds of thousands of historical reservations were sitting on retired business segment codes in the group's property management system. Revenue could not be reconciled consistently across three brands, so every portfolio-level report started with a caveat.
We mapped and validated the PMS Connector API in Postman, then built a suite of Python scripts to pull every reservation, match each one against a master rate mapping to determine its correct current segment, and push corrections back in batches. PowerShell handled orchestration and logging.
The full portfolio was processed programmatically, with hundreds of thousands of segment mismatches identified and fixed. Not one record was touched through the user interface, and the whole run was logged and repeatable.

Where a project needs a skillset outside that range, we bring in a specialist from a small network of established IT professionals we have worked alongside for years. You are told who they are and what they are doing before they start.

When you submit the form we collect your name, email address, company and whatever you write in the message. We use it for one thing: replying to your enquiry and discussing potential work. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, a third-party form processor, and are then held in our email system. We keep enquiries for 24 months and delete them after that unless you become a client, in which case normal business records apply.
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Standard server logs are kept by our host, Cloudflare, for security purposes.
